Dental Care
If You Need Dental Care:
Pays 100% for preventive services, 50% up to a maximum of $1000 for orthodontia & major care services & 80% for basic care after deductible. Family coverage available.
Vision Care
If You Need Vision Care:
Pays 100%, w/$10 co-pay, for annual exam. $10 materials co-pay for lenses and frames. Maximum $100 for contact lenses. Family coverage available.
Extended Illness Bank
If You Become Disabled and Cannot Work
Provides income during periods of extended absence for nonwork-related injury/illness and is integrated with Workers' Compensation for work-related injury/illness.
YRMC provides this at no cost to the employee.
Long-term Disability
If You Become Disabled and Cannot Work
Pays up to 60% of base monthly pay after 90 days of disability (integrated with other benefits) for qualified employees.
Life/AD&D Insurance

Coverage continues.
Your Death Benefits
Life/AD&D insurance each pay 2 times your annual base pay. Supplemental coverage is also available.
Travel Insurance Provided
At no cost to benefited employee. Eligible for a minimum of $25,000 of AD&D insurance when traveling on YRMC business.
