The Yuma Regional Outpatient Surgical Center is an ambulatory surgery center, also known as an ASC, where surgeries that do not require hospitalization are performed. The center is a multi-specialty facility that includes three operating rooms, a minor procedure room and pre-op and recovery areas.
Patients arrive at the outpatient surgical center on the day their procedure is scheduled, have their surgery in a fully-equipped operating room, recover under the care of highly skilled nurses, and then return home the same day.
All scheduling is handled by the office of the referring doctor. Patients whose doctors are credentialed to perform surgery at the Yuma Regional Outpatient Surgical Center may request to have their procedures performed here.
