Resident Profiles

Dominique Werge, PharmD

Dominique is originally from El Paso, Texas. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2015. Her professional interests include infectious disease, critical care, and oncology. Upon completing her PGY1 residency, Dominique hopes to complete a PGY2 residency in infectious disease, critical care, or oncology. In her spare time, Dominique enjoys doing crossfit, traveling to different cities and eventually different countries, exploring new restaurants, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.


Meira Nocella, PharmD

Meira is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 2015. Her professional interests include infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacy management/administration, and ambulatory care. Meira's longitudinal project encompasses the implementation of an antibiotic stewardship program at Yuma Regional Medical Center and the impact of interventions made on patient care and healthcare costs. Upon completing her PGY-1 residency, Meira hopes to participate in an integral healthcare team and precept future pharmacists. Outside of pharmacy, Meira enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exercising, Netflixing, and trying new restaurants.
