Dr. Shrivastava received his medical degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) in Nashik, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from Albert Einstein College of
Medicine in Bronx, NY. He also completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship from Maimonides Medical Center in New York. During his time at Albert Einstein College of Medicine he received an outstanding achievement in the teaching of medical students certificate by the Leo M. Davidoff society of Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. Dr. Shrivastava is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and American College of Physicians. 

Dr. Shrivastava was born and raised in India. He enjoys painting and sketching, arts and crafts, traveling, learning about different cultures and cooking.
