Care Philosophy

I care for my patients how I would want my family members to be cared for. I also strongly believe in treating the patient as a whole. I strive to develop a good rapport with my patients and establish a trusting relationship to ultimately engage in shared decision making with my patients and their family.

A native of Yuma, Marina Roloff, DNP, started her career as an inpatient nurse. She is honored with the opportunity to give back to her home community as a family nurse practitioner. Marina received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. She also earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University. In addition to taking care of patients, she supports her fellow outpatient nurse practitioners with skill development and continued professional growth as Yuma Regional Medical Center's lead ambulatory nurse practitioner.
When she's not taking care of patients, Marina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling abroad and experiencing new cultures. She also likes hiking, spinning and yoga.
