Healthy Kids in the Kitchen

Calling all aspiring young chefs ages 8-14!

Our Healthy Kids in the Kitchen cooking class is a free summer program that’s designed to help kids prepare and cook healthy recipes and learn about nutrition, portion control and food handling safety. Participants receive hands-on experience as they learn how fun it can be to cook and eat healthy foods! Healthy Kids in the Kitchen classes are taught by Chef Karla of Karla’s Kreations.

This summer's Healthy Kids in the Kitchen cooking class is currently full. For more information, call 928-336-7958 or email yrmcwellness@yumaregional.org.
