Portions of your online health records are available through our MyCare Patient Portal. The Release of Information Department can assist you with obtaining a full copy of your health records, if needed.
Our staff takes great pride in treating our patients in a caring, skillful and respectful manner, but should you ever have any concerns, we have a number of steps you can take that will allow us to resolve them.
We offer a number of services to assist those with limited proficiency in English or who are deaf or hard of hearing. Our services include qualified Spanish interpreters, over-the-phone interpretation for over 150 languages, video remote interpreting services for ASL, TDD / TYY Pphones (telecommunications devices for the deaf), med-pat hearing aid-compatible phones, captions for the hearing impaired and documents translation into Spanish.
