My patient care philosophy begins with bringing the family into the conversation. I take care of the child, and make sure the patient understands what’s happening. Then, I also take care of the parent. I want to make sure the kids I care for are as healthy and well-adjusted as they can possibly be.
Mari is a native of Yuma. After years working as a neonatal and pediatric nurse, she returned to school to pursue a master’s degree and become a nurse practitioner. Her soul is with children, and she loves taking care of the kids and their families.
In her spare time, Mari enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as her two giant dogs. She enjoys shopping, decorating, coffee shops and road trips to see family and friends.
