Identifying and meeting the health and wellness needs of the community we serve is an important part of the mission of Yuma Regional Medical Center. We regularly assess these needs and offer a wide variety of Community Wellness Resources designed to promote a healthy lifestyle for our area’s families and the members of our local workforce. In addition, to help promote the health and wellness of our year-round residents and winter visitors who are over age 55, we offer complimentary membership in Silver Care. This free program offers these individuals a comprehensive menu of health-related benefits they can choose from to help them make healthy choices for their lives. We invite you to learn more about our wellness programs. You may also want to consider offering your own time and skills to serve the health needs of our community.
