Ana Marie Rivera received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ, followed by a Doctor of Nursing degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. She is also certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center in family medicine and adult gerontology. She believes that communication is a key component of patient care

Ana Marie Rivera’s clinical interest include patient education, patient advocacy and critical care. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, especially her grandsons. She also enjoy hiking and taking long walks.
