In order to comply with Medicare, Medicaid and insurance industry regulations, we will issue two types of bills for your care:
- Facility bill – This bill will include items such as supplies, equipment, laboratory services and care provided by non-physician staff.

If you have any questions about your bill, please call our Patient Financial Services department at 928-336-7030 and we will be glad to assist you.
